Trick Step Ranger Reata 212L
Wow. I didn't know that customer service like this existed anymore. I called with three questons and spoke with Joe. He answered all my questons and took my order. By noon the next day my Trick Step arrived. On Saturday I had some questions about instillation. ( My ignorance.) Joe returned my text within minutes and even sent pictures to explain. After that it took me about 10 minutes to complete the installation. I would recomend these folks to anyone! You will not find better service from anyone, period. I told Joe that Trick Step was the Chic-Fil-A of boating aftermarket and I mean every word of that.

Installation was easy due to recommendation to watch youtube. Grips on steps are appreciated. Lower step could be slightly lower. Upright handle should be closer to the boat or should have a "shepherd's hook" so it would support you when you try to step onto the boat.

Well I bought a 3step for my alumacraft Tiller. Works great . No longer need to be next to the Dock to unload and load boat. Back down to waters edge and use steps into boat. Liked so much that I bought a 4step for my Ranger 180 Angler MS. Easy to

No tricks with these! Installation was supposed to take about a half hour, only took ten minutes! Awesome, heavy duty, no more trying to climb in and out of the boat without steps. Would recommend to everyone. I called and received the order in 2 day. Don't buy from anyone else! Top notch!
