The installation was easy even for me. The process of ordering to receiving was excellent customer service providing answers regarding my questions. The steps look great on the boat and resolved my concerns of getting in/out and worse falling at ramp. There is no doubt would eventually happen as we all age and adding wet feet from ramp. I filled out the form for my boat and within 4 minutes trickstep called me to verify what they had for my boat and I had a concern about the handle possibly hitting top of my garage door and trickstep said they will make one to fit going out of my garage I feel they would go out of there way to please the customer

I talked with Joe about some special needs I needed to be sure my steps would fit probably and that the pole on the steps would fit through my 6 and a half foot tall garage door . Joe had me give him some measurements over the phone and he built me a set of custom steps that fit and function GREAT !!! Couldn't be happier ...

At age 71, it’s kind of hard to get in a out of the boat. Now if I’m just rearranging fishing tackle while parked in the boat barn or launching without a fishing buddy to help, I don’t feel unsafe anymore. I love it, should have purchased one sooner. Thanks for a great product.
